ARLA

Buy To Let Lenders

ARLA wishes to ensure that the very best mortgage service and facilities are available to investors in residential property. For this reason it has developed a panel of mortgage lenders who offer special terms to residential property investors. The decision as to which panel member is right for any particular loan is always the Landlord’s own choice, but in selecting lenders for the panel the Association has striven to ensure that certain needs are met and principles upheld:

  • Every lender on the panel is a member of the Council of Mortgage Lenders and therefore subscribes to the Mortgage Code.
  • Every panel lender has extensive experience in lending  on residential investment property.
  • Each lender has a specially-appointed underwriting team who will ensure that all proposals receive the optimum consideration and the best possible service.
  • Together the lenders offer a range of mortgage products and lending criteria that will meet the vast majority of customer needs and is unparalleled elsewhere in the market.
  • The lenders have staff specially trained in the field or on the telephone to answer customers’ questions on Buy-to-Let mortgages.
